Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Pro subscriptions are billed and managed entirely by Apple. To manage or cancel your subscription, open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Weather data questions

Forecasts, radar, and alerts in the app come primarily from the National Weather Service and NOAA, supplemented by Open-Meteo for international coverage and model ensembles. If something looks wrong, email us — knowing the location and time helps us trace it to the source.
